Has anyone found a prolonged break from training to be beneficial?
I tripled my pull ups from 4 to 12 in a span of 1.5 weeks, and only doing 1-2 pull ups every 1 or so days over the span of the break. I decided to take it because i stalled on progress with my pull strength for a good month, nearing 2, and had a slight loss of confidence and a burnout, hence the break.
