"Get everything you discuss in writing, before you move your stuff in. \n\nThe guy I spoke to over the phone told me the price of the storage unit was $179/mo.The website also showed $169/mo.\n\nAfter moving my stuff into the unit, I got the paperwork to sign and the price said about $50 more a month that what was discussed. I spoke to the employee about it, and he was very rude. Tri-Village Storage would not honor the price that was discussed and shown on their website.\n\nNow I have the hassle of moving my stuff AGAIN, into a new storage complex complex. Very frustrating!!"

"First time getting a storage unit on my own, I was reluctant as i was nervous and shopped around a lot of different places but Ashley was so amazing and really made the process easier and made me feel so much more comfortable. like the climate control and indoor storage system they have here, prices are pretty competitive compared to other storage places around even though the security feels much better here than other places"
